Chris Marshall joined ECCO Group in 2002 as Sales and Marketing Director at Vision Alert. After spending three years in Sales and Marketing, Chris took on the role of Managing Director in August 2004 where he guided Vision Alert’s growth and development to employ more than 100 people and service over 60 countries including Europe, Africa, the Middle East and the Indian sub-continent.

In 2009, Chris was appointed President & Chief Executive Officer of ECCO Group and in 2010 moved to the USA to take over worldwide operations at the Group’s headquarters in Boise, Idaho. Chris' prior experience included senior positions at Hella Ltd. and Lucas Industries as well as service as a Royal Naval Aircrew Officer.

Tom Mazzei
Chief Financial Officer

Prior to joining ECCO Group as CFO in 2009, Tom served as the CFO of Sealing Solutions, Inc. (now Trelleborg Sealing Solutions), a distributor of fluid sealing devices primarily supplying the aerospace industry.   He has held various senior level financial positions with subsidiaries of Berwind Corporation and General Electric in Pennsylvania, New York and Florida over the past 15 years.   He began his career at Arthur Andersen working in both their Audit and Tax departments.

Tom earned his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from LaSalle University.   He is a CPA and a member of both the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants.
 

Chris Thompson
Vice President of Sales & Marketing - ECCO Group Americas

Chris Thompson joined ECCO in 1993 as a Product Manager. Since joining ECCO, Chris has also held the positions of Division Sales Manager, Director of Product Marketing, Vice President of Global Sales & Marketing, Chief Operating Officer and President. Prior to joining ECCO, Chris was Financial Controller for Radar Inc. based in Seattle, WA. He graduated from Albertson College of Idaho in 1988 with a BBA.

Chris is a graduate of the Boise Chamber of Commerce Leadership Boise program.

Mike Lindstrom
Vice President of Engineering

Mike joined ECCO in 1996 as Senior Product Engineering Manager and was named Director of Engineering in 2000, followed by Vice President of Engineering in 2005. Mike has 25 years of Advanced Engineering and Project Management experience in the Aerospace, Electronics, Defense, Information Systems, and the Oil and Gas Industries as well as in Automotive Warning Products.

Mike received his degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of California in 1981. During his 10 years at Hughes Aircraft Company in Los Angeles (now Raytheon), Mike held such diverse positions as Senior Project Engineer in the Advanced Programs Division, and as the Head of Flight Test Operations in the Special Programs Division in support of the B2 Bomber Radar Development Program.

Mike is a member of the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) and the Transportation Safety Equipment Institute (TSEI).

Craig Lyons
Vice President of Emergency Products Sales - ECCO Group Americas

Craig joined ECCO Group in 2007, with many years experience in safety product related markets in Law Enforcement, Fire, Ambulance, Heavy Duty, Industrial and Municipal warning. Prior to ECCO Group, he was the Senior VP - General Manager for the Industrial Group at Wells Lamont Corporation. Craig spent over 21 years with Federal Signal Corporation in their Emergency Products Division involved with vehicle warning products for all safety related markets.

Craig has a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Design, as well as an MBA in Marketing. He served as Past Chairman - Transportation Safety Equipment Institute; Conference Advisory Committee - International Association of Chiefs of Police; Vendor Board - National Association of Police Equipment Distributors and Associate Member - National Association of Fleet Administrators. 

Brenton Heath
Managing Director - Hazard Systems

Brenton joined Hazard Systems in 1996 as Operations and Quality Manager and was named Managing Director in 2003 following ECCO Group’s acquisition of Hazard Systems. Brenton has helped the company achieve over 350% sales growth to become the market leader within their field in Australasia.

Brenton received his Bachelor of Electronic Engineering from the University of South Australia in 1992. He has accumulated 15 years experience in electronic design, project management, quality systems and company management in broadcast radio, marine electronics and automotive warning products. Prior to joining Hazard, Brenton worked as a professional engineer for Far West Radio and for Podean Electronic Industries. Brenton is a member of the Institute of Engineers Australia and Quality Society of Australasia.
