Achieving unity about the future of ECCO Group and building trust among Team Members is a powerful force. Elimination of "them" and "us" thinking allows us to move ahead more quickly to reach our goals.

In the spirit of openness and trust, ECCO Group shares more information with Team Members than most companies. Quarterly company meetings share sales, cost, and profit results for the previous quarter. Daily shipment, past-due order, complaint, field failure, and other key results are posted for Team Members and visitors to see "how we're doing." Honest, straightforward communication of facts on results, problems, successes, and failures are part of the way we run our business.
